Payment: Emmons Coachworks accepts the following forms of payment for retail purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check, money order/cashier's check, or travelers check. We do not ship retail orders C.O.D. Orders paid with personal check may be held for shipping until the check has cleared. Credit card orders must include the correct billing address to be processed and approved for shipping.
Returns: You may return any stock item*
within 30 days for credit, exchange or full refund. Please call for a
Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any merchandise.
Packages returned without an assigned RAN will be refused. Returns
should be sent via insured prepaid UPS or U.S. Postal Service for your
protection and to insure prompt service. Returned merchandise must be in
new, unused condition complete with original packaging and a copy of
your receipt to receive appropriate credit or refund. Shipping costs
will not be refunded on returned merchandise. Returns sent C.O.D. will
Pricing/Discounts: We try to offer fair pricing on all of our products. From time to time you may see a lower price from another vendor. Although we do not price-match, we feel that our prices are set fairly for the level of service we provide, and we encourage you to consider your purchase on more than price alone. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We offer a 10% discount to supporting car clubs, including BMWCCA, PCA, MBCA, AROC and others for most products. To receive the club discount, you must include the club name, your membership number, and the expiration date of your membership in the Comments section at final checkout. The discount will be applied when we process your transaction. We reserve the right to refuse the discount based on the information given to us.
Wholesale discounts are available to qualified businesses. Interested businesses should call 1-800-669-4929(NOW-4-WAX) to speak with a wholesale representative.
Shipping: All orders will be processed expeditiously. We make every effort to ship orders of in-stock merchandise the same day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Our shipping charges are based on current UPS rates. Requests for shipment via the U.S. Postal Service as well as all APO/FPO shipments will be billed at current Postal rates plus a $2.00 handling charge. Please be advised that shipment via the Postal service may delay your shipment by up to 2 days, in addition to the time in transit.
International orders may be subject to duties and customs charges. International orders, including APO/FPO shipments, which require the completion of additional customs forms may be charged an additional processing fee.
Special Orders and Backorders: Special Order merchandise may be shipped separately from in-stock merchandise. Additional shipping charges may apply to Special Orders which require multiple or split shipment.
Merchandise that is temporarily out of stock will be charged on the initial invoice, then shipped on arrival. If the backorder time is reasonably short, the entire order may be held until it can be shipped complete. If a long backorder time (10 days or more) is anticipated, we will ship the balance of the order immediately and notify you when the backordered items become available.
Gifts: If you are purchasing merchandise to be shipped as a gift, please advise us of your intent in the Comments section on the final check-out page. We will mail you your receipt, and the package will be shipped to the gift recipient. You may also include a message to the recipient in the Comments section. We will relay that message to the recipient.
Privacy: Any information provided to Emmons Coachworks for the purpose of our transaction will remain in the possession of Emmons Coachworks. We DO NOT and WILL NOT sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share customer information with other parties.
